We take product quality and safe delivery very seriously. If any luxury custom furniture arrives damaged, please notify us immediately by sending clear photos and videos of the damaged items and original packaging within 7 days of receipt. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and accurately.
We will then arrange a solution without hesitation: either resend replacement parts or complete items at our cost, or issue a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the damage. Our policy covers both manufacturing defects and transit damage when properly documented.
This customer-friendly process is backed by our rigorous pre-shipment quality control and professional export packing. For peace of mind, we also recommend taking photos upon delivery as standard practice.
